Je sais que Fredrik Mattson n’a pas conçu PXL en pensant à un luminaire pour enfants mais, ne serait-il pas joli dans une chambre ? Et ce qui pourrait être encore mieux ? Choisir et mélanger les couleurs à sa guise… Ce serait vraiment génial, non ?!

I know that Fredrik Mattson didn’t design PXL while thinking about a lighting for kids but, wouldn’t it be nice in a child’s room ? And what could be even better ? Choosing and combining the colours as we please… That would be really great, no ?!

ACME WORLD ZOO // the kütelight, lighting for children

Acme World Zoo, un studio de design basé à Brooklyn, vient de présenter sa nouvelle collection de lampes pour enfants au salon Bubble de New-York. La Kütelight est une boîte en métal de 30×30 cm qui fonctionne avec de l’éco-énergie et illumine l’espace à travers des découpes d’animaux. Plus, 5% des ventes vont à la SPA Barc de Brooklyn. Jolie, non ?

Acme World Zoo, a Brooklyn-based design studio, has shown their new collection of lights for kids during the Bubble Trade Show in New-York. The Kütelight is a metal box around 30×30 cm that works on eco-energy and illuminates the space through animal cutouts. Plus, 5% of all sales go to the Brooklyn based animal shelter Barc. Nice, isn’t it ?
