The Customer can place an order by :
- ordering through our online checkout process : www.e-glue.fr (24/24h and 7/7d, except specific mention of holidays and closing)
- sending an e-mail : order@e-glue.fr
e-glue always sends to the Customer an order acknowledgement, detailing the products he has ordered, price and shipping costs, by e-mail. The contract shall only be effective upon this e-glue's validation of order.
4. price & invoice
Prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT (where applicable, that means not for countries over European Union). For a delivery inside the EU, the prices include the VAT applicable at the date of the order. Any variation of the VAT applicable rate may affects the sale price of the products of the catalog.
The Customer is guaranteed the price posted on e-glue.fr at the time of purchase.
The invoice will be issued by e-glue. The Customer shall indicate the address where the invoice is to be sent.
The price is payable upon placement of the order. The Customer undertakes to pay the total price of the products (price of products and shipping costs) as stipulated on e-glue.fr and also to pay for, or have someone pay for the customs duties, the VAT or any other taxes due to the import of products in the country of delivery, directly to the forwarding or customs agent.
5. payment
The Customer shall pay for his order :
- by credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- American Express
- Paypal (by creating or not a Paypal account)
- bank transfer
In this case, the Customer shall contact e-glue in order to receive the e-glue bank details.
Title to the ordered products shall pass to e-glue upon full and definitive payment pursuant to the Act dated May 12, 1980. e-glue reserves its right to claim the return of the ordered products in case of non-payment.
Under those circumstances, and upon e-glue’s request, the Customer shall return any product for which the payment has not occurred. The Customer shall pay for any costs in connection therewith.
6. delivery & shipping
e-glue will ship just about nearly anywhere. If the Customer doesn’t see his country name on the page of shipping details, he shall contact e-glue at info@e-glue.fr so as to get a confirmation and all needed informations as well.
Risks of loss shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier by e-glue. Products transportation are at the Customer's own risk, even if they are shipped or returned carriage free.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form.
Delivery shall be deemed to have been made when the products are delivered to the carrier.
The delivery note given by the carrier, dated and signed by the Customer upon delivery will constitute an evidence with regard to transport and delivery.
The Customer shall check the content, the conformity and the condition of the product(s) on delivery thereof.
In the event of delays, damages, total or partial losses, or any problem whatsoever, the Customer shall be responsible for exercising all claims against the carrier.
e-glue shall never be held liable for any reason whatsoever. e-glue can’t be held responsible for shipping delays or losses, nor for the consequences.
Please note that delivery times are based on information provided by shipping companies and should be used as a guide only. Delivery times may vary, particularly for remote locations. The delivery times mentioned on the « delivery & shipping » page are indicative for delivery from when your order ships by e-glue.
Therefore, e-glue advises the Customer to check the condition of the products upon delivery and before signing the acknowledgement of receipt of the parcel.
If the Customer notes any damage he shall issue handwritten, precise and dated reservations. These reservations must be confirmed by e-mail to e-glue within three working days following the delivery date of the products. In order to make easier the deposit complaint, e-glue will take charge of opening an international investigation through the customer service of the carrier. Then, e-glue shall wait for this investigation reports and the resulting compensation before resending the order.
7. customs, duties, and taxes
Neither customs duties nor VAT shall be due for a delivery inside the European Union.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; the Customer shall contact his local customs office for further information. In all cases, the Customer is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The Customer authorizes e-glue to designate a carrier to act as his agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear his merchandise and advance (on his behalf) any duties and taxes owed by him.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
8. warranty
e-glue has experience of applying vinyl which it has tried to pass on in a simple easy to use way. For that, e-glue gives to the Customer the possibility of downloading all the time the pdf file with the instructions to put its product(s) up (see the « instructions » heading page).
However e-glue cannot take any responsibility for errors the Customer makes during the fitting of his product(s). It does not cover damages or dysfunctions due to non compliance with directions for use of the product.
e-glue also cannot be held responsible for any damage to paint work when the Customer removes his product(s).
In any case, the statutory warranty against hidden defects provided under the French Civil Code (Section 1641 et seq.) shall be enforceable.
9. force majeure
It is expressly understood that are considered as cases of force majeure, in addition to those which are usually retained by the case law in France, total or partial strikes, interruption of transport facilities or of procurement for any reason whatsoever, legal or governmental restrictions, computer breakdown, interruption of telecommunications including communication networks and especially internet.
Should a case of force majeure occurs, the fulfillment of the order will in a first step be suspended.
If after a three months period, the parties ascertain the continuance of said case of force majeure, the order will be automatically cancelled, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
10. return policy
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations 2000), the Customer has the legal right to return his order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Nevertheless, this right isn’t applied to all products ; goods manufactured or customized are excluded. That means all products made to order according to the Customer choices (sizes, colours, set content, custom-made, etc…) are concerned by this exclusion.
So, e-glue can not offer refunds or accept returns on any product (from the stickers store) or custom project.
11. personal informations
The personal information requested from and related to the Customer is essential to process and ship his order, to issue invoices and to draft warranty agreements, as the case may be.
